Tong Khang is a commercial real estate advisor and developer specializing in acquisitions, leasing, redevelopment, and strategic commercial projects throughout the Twin Cities. His experience spans investment sales, tenant representation, development coordination, and long-term asset positioning across retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.

In addition to brokerage and advisory work, Tong has led development and redevelopment projects involving site selection, entitlement coordination, construction oversight, and investment strategy for both local operators and institutional-quality real estate opportunities.
